Jennifer Solomon is a Certified Stager, Co-Owner of The Staging Loft, and the founder of one of the most successful real estate teams in the Pittsburgh area.
Having worked in the real estate industry since 2004, Jennifer recognized early in her career the significant impact staging has on buyer perception, listing performance, and overall marketability.
What started as a small collection of staging pieces slowly evolved into a fully developed 15,000-square-foot warehouse filled with curated inventory designed to elevate homes of every style and price point. Jennifer’s extensive experience in real estate gives her a unique understanding of what buyers respond to and what agents need in order to position homes strategically and competitively in today’s market.
Her passion for presentation, marketing, and creating spaces that emotionally connect with buyers continues to shape the vision and growth of The Staging Loft.

Shannon Briggs is a Certified Stager, Co-Owner of The Staging Loft, and a successful licensed Realtor with a strong understanding of both the real estate market and buyer psychology. With a natural eye for design, functionality, and aesthetic balance, Shannon plays a key role in overseeing the staging process from concept to installation. Julie Larcinese is a Certified Stager at The Staging Loft as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor, bringing a unique sense of balance, calm, and intentional design to every space she helps create. With a natural eye for beautiful interiors and zen-inspired styling, Julie specializes in creating warm, peaceful environments that feel elevated, inviting, and effortlessly livable.
Her calming presence, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach to styling help transform homes into spaces that emotionally connect with buyers the moment they walk through the door. Julie believes staging is about more than furniture placement. It is about creating an atmosphere that allows buyers to feel at home.
